Strategic Cross-systems Collaboration
In 2014, President Obama launched My Brother’s Keeper (MBK), a national call to action to close opportunity gaps facing boys and young men of color, and ensure they could live and thrive in safe and healthy communities. Working in partnership with PolicyLink, we provided technical assistance to communities that signed onto the MBK Challenge. We worked with community leaders to review their action plans, making recommendations on data-driven decision making, cross-system collaborations, and improvements to policies and practices.
