Healing the Healers
The Forward Promise Fellowship for Leaders is an intergenerational, interdisciplinary cohort of both emerging and established leaders. The program takes a humanity-affirming approach to leadership development which features fellowship retreats that allow participants room to focus on their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We designed the format and curriculum of the fellowship program and offered strategic support to the semi-annual retreats including engaging facilitators.
